This page describes the information OwlSolutions actually processes on this website. It is not a legal certification.

The public site stores information when you send an inquiry or use the chat. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it.

Project inquiries

If you send a project request, we store what you submit so we can reply.

  • Email, phone or Telegram, depending on that choice
  • A description of the project
  • An optional file

Chat

Chat stays available if you reject analytics. When you use it, we store the conversation so it can continue.

  • Messages you send
  • An optional image
  • A session identifier
  • A visitor identifier

Optional site analytics

Page visits and usage events are recorded only after you choose Accept analytics. If you reject optional analytics, we do not create an analytics visitor identifier and we do not send these records. Events record the kind of action only. They do not include your name, email, phone, Telegram, project description, chat messages or file names.

What the browser stores

Some storage is required for the site to work. It is separate from optional analytics.

  • A Laravel session cookie, used to run the site and remember the language you select
  • A visitor identifier in local storage if you accept analytics or if you use the chat
  • A session key in session storage for the current browser tab

Data is retained as necessary to operate the service and handle inquiries.

We do not sell the information collected through this website.
